Phys. Mehmet Bilginsoy

Founder & CEO

Mehmet Bilginsoy has worked in multinational companies in Turkey and in the Middle East with his around 30 years comprehensive management experience by taking different leadership roles. He graduated from Physics – Middle East Technical University in 1988.

In 1990, he started to IBM for the Government and University projects, then became Senior IT Architect and got different sales leadership positions. With the start of Internet era, he became the Internet System Integration Manager, after 9/11 happening, he took the Sales Management and the Leadership of Disaster Recovery and Management Solution Services.

In 2002, he joined as the “General Manager” to Austrian company S&T after their acquisition in Turkey. He achieved the transformation to restructure the new company. After that, he lead another acquisition to form a new company, in consequence, with the merger he achieved the growth with international solutions and applications not only in infrastructure but also in ERP area in Turkey.
In 2009, he started his “CEO” position in German CompuGroup Medical after the investments in Turkey and Saudi Arabia. He successfully achieved the merger of the acquired companies, managed the projects in the region especially in Hospitals, Doctors, Clinics by providing information system applications, managed the R&D team in Turkey to develop new applications according to the world standards and export to the region.
In 2018, he became the “General Manager” to Etlik Integrated Healh Campus of Public Private Partnership which will be the biggest Hospital in Europe and managed the establishment of the operation and maintenance structure.

In 2020, he founded his own company InnoRobots to provide high technology autonomous robots to daily life and medical sector. Within his organization he focused on the distribution,sales and services of medical equipments globally.

In his professional life, he successfully managed and provided solutions to private and public establishments about management, organizational structure, M&A, Business development, PPP Hospital Projects, Health Informatics, Hospital Information Systems, Sales Automation, System Integration and optimization, Autonomous robotic solutions.

Phys. Reha Yurdakul

Director- Distinguished Architect – Information Technologies

Reha started his professional career at 1987 at Prime Computer as Field Engineer then joined to Xerox Turkey team as Field Engineer.

Reha joined IBM Turkey in 1990 as Research Engineer at IBM Computer Aided Education Center. In his career in IBM, he had been worked many areas of technology such as analysis, programming, testing , education and architecting the solutions.

In 1994, he worked at IBM CSSC at Madrid and in 2014 he worked as CTA Leader at Central, West and East Africa.

In addition to professional career in IBM, he had been Lecturer in several universities such as Istanbul Technical University, Koç University, Bahçeşehir University, Bilkent University and Strathmore University about Solutions and IoT Technologies.

He is one of the founder of IoT Department of iLab Africa Research Center.

Currently, he holds the positions of being Chief Architect for Cryptosasa which is Crypto Market company, CTO and Technical Leader at Green Channel IT as for the solutions that serve to customers and consultant for Actility telco operations on LoRaWAN technologies.

Eng. Korhan Özmen

Director – Infromation Technologies

Korhan Ozmen is a seasoned Information Systems Director with over 25 years of experience in the field. He has worked in various positions across Turkey, the Middle East, Gulf Region countries, and Russia. Korhan holds a degree from Middle East Technical University, and his professional career began in 2000 when he started working with several hospitals in Turkey in the field of Hospital Information Management Systems.

From 2004 onwards, Korhan managed international projects in various regions of the world as the Director of International Projects at Tepe International. In 2012, he assumed the role of Information Systems Manager in various companies in Turkey.

Most recently, he worked as the Information Systems Manager at Ankara Etlik City Hospital, the third-largest hospital in the world and the largest hospital in Europe, with an approximate bed capacity of 5000.

Throughout his career, Korhan has demonstrated success in preparing construction projects for institutions and organizations, particularly in the health sector. He has experience in designing and planning information systems, budget applications and tender processes, system installations, test-commissioning and operation.

Korhan’s professional development includes internationally recognized project management trainings such as PMP and Agile, as well as participating in supporting training and certification programs on information systems.

Prof. C. GOKHAN OSMANOGLU, MD.

Medical Director

Dr. Gökhan Osmanoğlu graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1990.

Gökhan has professional experience as a medical doctor/ general surgeon, hospital founder and administrator in both public and private sector hospitals for thirty-two years. Also, he was in consultant team of many hospital projects in Turkey and foreign countries in the position of medical director.

In the first fifteen years of Gökhan’s professional background as medical doctor, he has worked in Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital General Surgery Unit as General Surgeon and in 2005 he was in the position of Deputy Chief Medical Doctor. During years 2000-2005 he has also operated a Private Surgery Clinic as owner.

In 2005, he has started to work in Kırıkkale University Faculty of Medicine Süleyman Demirel Research and Training Hospital for three years as Deputy Chief Medical Doctor and Assistant Professor of General Surgery and General Surgery Lecturer.

He has worked for different well-known hospitals in Ankara in the position of founder, as General Manager, Chief Medical Officer, Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Quality and Accreditation Director.

Between 2008-2012, he has worked in Medicana International Ankara Hospital as Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Executive Board Member and Quality Director, He also worked in Lokman Hekim Ankara Hospital as Deputy Chief Medical Officer for two years. Prior to joining SPV in Ankara Etlik Healthcare Campus (apprx. 5000 Beds) as Medical Director, Gökhan has worked in Ankara MedicalPark Hospital as Chief Medical Officer and founder in 2014 during the initial phase.

Gökhan, has very good command of written and verbal English.

He has got the Associate Professor Degree (Surgery) in 2016.

As a general surgery lecturer, Gökhan has more than fifty scientific papers published in international and domestic peer reviewed journals and presented at the congresses (Total number of citations is 140)

He is married and has two sons.

Mustafa Tamer

Advisor-Sustainability & Startups

Mustafa Tamer is an enterpreneur through from the family. As a family business; worked in printed packaging industry for nearly 20 years. He is graduated from Bogazici University – Electronics Programming in 1999.

In the university years; organized student holiday tours and organizations for university students with the partnership of Ulusoy (the biggest land transportation company in Turkiye) and Hillside Beach Club (the most popular holiday village of Turkiye by Alarko Holding).

After graduation start as a professional in the family Business Meta Ltd.. – one of the oldest and biggest printing plates production company in Turkiye.
2005 to 2013 owner of a printing company Lal Ofset, produces unique printed products for luxury consumption.
2013 to 2017 work as Business Development Director in BÜMED (Bogazici University Alumni Assosiation). Founder of Butarim A.Ş. Agriculture company with too many partners, a kind of crowd founding.

2013 to 2018 manager of BUHayat Yapi Kooperatifi; manage all business and the partners relations of this construction cooperative.
After year 2017, start as a board member and Business Development Director of BUBA Ventures which is the first accredited University based Angel Investor Network. While doing these jobs also working on 2 different start-ups; TreeT BUBA tarım ve Teknolojileri A.S. And BUBA Park Yonetim Danismanligi A.S.
TreeT is a agricultre company which supports both conventional agriculture and innovative agriculture; also for patents about F&B industry.
BUBA Park is the one and only open technopark for startups int he forest in the centre of the Istanbul. 30 decares area for students and innovative star-ups.

Also working as fund manager and investment committee member of the Venture Capital Investment Fund – TARGET Agricultere and Technology Fund.

Eng. Tolga Çağlayan

Advisor – MEP Engineering

Tolga graduated from EMU Mechanical Engineering Department in 2003, following his primary, secondary, and high school education at TED Ankara College.

He started his career in 2003 in a family company focused on construction. Tolga had the chance to improve his construction site management skills, mainly on MEP Works, while working in the family company.

In 2008, he established a partnership and started doing construction for housing projects as a main contractor. In 4 years, the company grew exponentially and constructed more than 600 houses, shopping malls and schools.

In 2012, with 10 years of construction field experience, he decided to transform his career into Project Management methodology, received Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Manager Certificate, and became a Project Management Professional.

He did project management for various kinds of projects in the Tourism Industry, Hospitals, Head Quarters, offices, etc.

Starting from 2018, he is working in a worldwide known Tourism Hospitality company as the Director of Engineering, responsible for 60+ hotels all around the EMEA region. He has the leading position and role in Hotel Renovations, Daily Maintenance Operations, Investment Planning, and Business Development departments.
